The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and Chief Constable are required to publish a list of each contract in which the PCC or the Chief Constable is involved, along with a copy of each contract where the value exceeds £10,000 . This is a requirement of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, as enlarged up on and amended by Statutory Instruments 2011 3050 and 2012 2479.
All formal contracts arranged by the Norfolk Constabulary on behalf of the PCC are registered on the National Contracts Database. Use the drop down boxes to select particular categories/sub categories and then, for details on specific contracts, click the link under ‘Contract Title’.
Only general information is available for contracts pre-dating the election of the PCC (November 2012).
Invitation to Tender issued
All Invitations to Tender (ITT) issued since the PCC came into office (22 November 2012) are available to view on the Suffolk Constabulary website. While the information is located on the Suffolk Constabulary website, the ITTs are for joint Norfolk/Suffolk activity.
Contract Standing Orders
The joint Norfolk and Suffolk PCC and the Chief Constable provide all the necessary requirements for the operation of all contracts and orders for goods, works or services. The Contract Standing Orders ensure that there are sound financial management policies in place and that they are strictly adhered to.
