The Commissioner’ Office welcomed two enthusiastic recruits as part of national Takeover day. The day sees young people visiting workplaces up and down the country to see how they operate and also, as we found, to offer their own words of wisdom.
“As part of the Children’s Commissioner’s Take Over Day initiative, we were invited into the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) on Friday 22 November to learn about the role of the PCC and his team.
“We gave our ideas and opinions about the new ‘Norfolk Says No’ campaign being launched next week.
“Throughout the day, we tweeted about our activities through the PCCs’ Twitter account (@NorfolkPCC); also updating Facebook and Google+.
“We’d like to thank the PCC, his staff and Norfolk County Council fantastic opportunity and insight in to their day-to-day work.”
