The Wymondham-based office hosts 13 members of staff, as well as a number of co-ordinators and interns.

Five members of the team are male and eight are female, one is from either an ethnic minority background or has a disability (as defined in Section 6 of the Equality Act of 2010).

We have an arrangement in place with Norfolk Constabulary to use the services of the following departments:
- Human Resources Department
- Estates/Facilities Department
- Financial Services Department
- ICT Department.

- The total budget for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk (OPCCN) for 2016/17 is £999,000 (£988,000 in 2015/16).
This is made up as follows:
